About

"Some words speak to your mind, while others speak to your soul." - Thoughts Of A Woman Slogan

My name is Nadine van Rayner. I started Thoughts Of A Woman in 2020. At first, Thoughts Of A Woman started as an Instagram Page, then I created the very first Thoughts Of A Woman website on Wix. I never received much support, and that really was a very difficult process to overcome.

Till I found the amazing platform called Medium, and everything changed.

On Medium, I received so much support from fellow writers that it unlocked a brand new creative side within me. I even moved on to Substack after Medium, as well as Ko-fi.

That is when I started to take my online journey far more seriously, Medium made that possible for me because the very first massive payment that I received for the online work that I did came from my writing, and it came from Medium. That whole process was a real God did it moment for me.

Thoughts Of A Woman's podcast, I started on YouTube on 27 July 2023. As an introvert, I really stepped out of my comfort zone to be able to share Biblically inspired motivation and inspiration with the Thoughts Of A Woman Community.

There are a few people whom I would like to thank for their help and assistance on this journey of mine. I will never take what you have done for me for granted.

Thank You.

To my amazing mother, Zalia Stuurman. Your love and support on this journey of mine, I will always cherish.

To my friend, a million, Nicolette Sauls, aka Nikki. Even though you departed this world physically already, I know you would have been cheering me on still and supporting everything that I do, just like you did when you were still here. Rest in perfect peace, my friend, a million.
